Lwenzo Mafumana
Director & Founder · +9 years experienceA property developer and investor born and bred in Mthatha, Eastern Cape. Lwenzo grew up working alongside his father in the construction environment (City Builders CC), which led him to pursue a career in engineering for the administrative and technical grounding to run his own business.
He holds a National Diploma in Industrial Engineering and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, and went on to work as a Projects Engineer for Lear Corporation E-Systems & Logistics and The SPAR Group Ltd. He founded LMB Tradings after also acquiring certificates in Project Management, Construction Management, Corporate Finance and Architectural Drawings, and holds an NQF Level 2 qualification in Wood-Machining & Cabinetmaking.

01. Excavation
Building foundations, trench excavation, backfilling, grading, earthworks, brickwork, waterproofing and related concrete works.
02. Brickwork
Foundations, new builds, plastering, loft insulation, fencing, groundwork, beams, renovations, structural alterations, underpinning, paving, septic tanks and related concrete works.
03. Plastering
Interior and exterior wall plaster, concrete floor topping, decorative ceiling and wall plaster (including gamazine), and floor skimming.
04. Concrete
Concrete mixing, foundation trenches, floor slabs, steelwork reinforcements, ramps, driveways, kerbs and paving.
05. Roofing
Roof sheeting, concrete tiling, waterproofing, carpentry or timber structuring for any type of roof structure, and roof anchoring.
06. Flooring
Porcelain, ceramic, quarry and cement tiling, carpeting, laminate, linoleum, vinyl, anti-slip and skimmed floors.
07. Carpentry
Built-in cabinets, roof-timber structures, doors and installations, wall-plating, solid furniture and partitioning.
08. Plumbing
Domestic plumbing solutions for kitchens, laundry and bathrooms: piping, septic tank, sink, shower and geyser installations.
09. Ceiling
Suspended, knock-down and skimming/flush-plaster ceilings, plus all types of cornice installations.
10. Painting
Exterior and interior walls, ceiling, roof, furniture and decorative artwork.
11. Architectural Drawing
Building plans including floor plans, house elevations, interior design and 3D modelling with full building specifications.
12. Project Management
Quotations, bill of materials/quantities, labour-management systems, project scheduling and planning, and surveying works.
